i had an engineer out from you friday whi looked at our fridge freezer and diagnosed it needing new compressor and quoted us 300 we were going to get it done but after speaking to friend and him sending his engineer round told us nothing is wrong with freezer it was just the hot weather making it work harder over last couple days freezer has been perfect so your engineer could have cost us 300 and also 65 out of pocket for nothing as he didnt actually diagnose correctly and was prepared to charge us 300 for non essential work we feel disgusted by this and so are asking for a refund of the initial 65 please advise us of how we go about this before we take further advise thank you
